Make Sure Your Toothbrush Is The Right Size For Your Mouth

A toothbrush that is too small can cause discomfort and pain, as it will not be able to reach all areas of your mouth. A toothbrush that is too large can cause bleeding in the gums called gingivitis because it pushes them out of place when brushing.

The bristles should reach all areas of your mouth including the back molars, where plaque tends to build up over time if not removed regularly with proper oral hygiene practices such as brushing and flossing daily or twice daily.
